Norwood Tech Pty Ltd (also referred as “Inspective” or “we” in this statement) is a Technology Company that provides mobile based property inspection management software and services on mobile devices and websites. By using the Inspective websites, products, online services and apps (we refer to our products, online services, and apps as "Services"), you consent to the data practice described in this statement of privacy.

Definitions

(“Material”, “Data” or “Content”) refers to any Data inputted by You or a Client into Inspective’s software or website. Data inputted by You and a Client includes both written and photographic forms.

(“Customer”) refers to any person renting or potentially renting a property managed by a Client who may input, record and communicate Data to a Client.

(“Client”) refers to any Property Manager or Real Estate Agent representing a Landlord using the Service for the purpose of inputting, recording, communicating, and storing Data.

(“Landlord”) refers to the title owner of the property you rent, lease or sublet a property from who is represented by the Client.

Services

When you use our Services, we store, process and transmit your information in our system. Through user manual input, bulk data import or automatic system integration, we may collect your data, for example landlords and tenants’ names, address, email and phone number etc. We use this data to operate our system and deliver the services you subscribed.

Personal Information Usage

We collect information like your name, email address, phone number, and physical address and associate this with your tenancy. We do not disclose any of your personal identifiable information to third parties in exchange for any profit without your explicit consent.

Material submitted through and collected by Inspective is and will remain, between Client, Landlord and Inspective. Customer hereby grants Inspective the right to process, transmit, store or disclose the Data in order to provide the Inspective Services to Customer, Landlord and Client or to comply with any request of a governmental or regulatory body (including subpoenas or court orders) or as otherwise required by law such as, but not limited to, Residential Tenancies Act 1989 (WA) or equivalent, relevant legislation in your jurisdiction. You grant us the right to use the name and other information about you that you submit in connection with such material. You represent and warrant that the material you submit is truthful, accurate and not fraudulent in nature.

Personal Information verification

We may request that you provide your personal details to verify your identity when you contact us especially if there is any request involved in user account details or your contract. We may refuse to provide support if you fail to identify yourself upon request. We reserve the right to retain all communications with our customers and potential customers that are on an evaluation period.

Cookies and other tracking technologies

Inspective may implement tracking technology in its software platform and website to provide, improve protect and promote our Services. These may include common web tracking technologies such as log files, cookies, flash cookies and web bugs. They can collect your personal information within our software and also your device information such as its IP address, operating system, domain names, access times etc.

In the event when such technology is used, we will disclose it in this privacy statement and it’s up to the customer to find out its details and its own privacy policy.

Advertising and Marketing Communications

We may send out communications, which include SMS, emails and physical letters to our customers and prospective customers with our product updates and offerings and any offering from our affiliates, or to simply gather customer feedback. We also occasionally work with other third party ad networks, which may collect non-personal identifiable information about your activities on our website or their websites to provide you relevant advertising based on your recent activities and interests.

Testimonials

With your consent, we may post your testimonials about our services along with your name, photo and your company name on our website. If you wish to send us a testimonial, please email support@inspectivereports.com.au

Modify or Remove your personal information

We allow all of our customers to modify their information within our online admin portal. You can contact us if you want us to remove your personal information from our system. We will respond within 10 working days for such request. Upon successfully verifying your identity, we will proceed to remove your information from our system. We will also communicate with you further if by any case your request could not be processed.

Data Retention

We will retain information you store on our Service for the purposes of providing you the Service. If you terminate your account, fall into arrears by more than 30 days or repeatedly, this data may also be deleted. Please note there might be some latency occurred in deleting your information from our servers and back-up storage.

Data Security

We use a combination of technologies such as encryption, SSL and Microsoft Azure Web Service to keep information secure and testing for vulnerabilities. We will also continue to work on features to keep your information safe.

Changes to this Statement

We reserve the right to revise our Statement of Privacy in the future and this will be updated on our website or within the Service.

You can unsubscribe from our mailing list by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link located on the bottom of our marketing emails. Alternatively, you can email “unsubscribe” to unsubscribe@inspectivereports.com.au from your registered email address. Unsubscribing for our mailing lists may take up to 10 working days to process.
