The login prefix for your office must be unique but you will want it to be as short as possible as you will need to use it when you log into the reports website. Login prefixes will be assigned on a first come, first served basis however we reserve the right to re-assign login prefixes where they are inappropriate.
This should be a generic email address for your office. Reports are distributed via emails with links to the reports website. This email address will receive an email whenever a report has been generated and is ready to be distributed to your clients. You will also later associate your own email address which will also receive these notifications (where appropriate).
This should be the main office phone number. We may need to contact your office to confirm information and prevent unauthorised access to your data.
You will need to create an initial administrative user who will have control over the office details. New administrators (and non-administrative users) will be able to be created in the reports website later.
Your user ID will need to be unique but only within your office. Your login details will be (office login prefix)\(user ID) whenever you are trying to log in to our services.
Strong passwords are vital to ensuring the security of your data and your clients' data on our servers. Setting weak or common passwords puts this data at risk.
Your work email address will be used to notify you of generated reports you are associated with and also to help if you forget your password.
